How do I make a booking with Surana Tours ?
You can make bookings on call with us or thru whatsapp whichever suits you. Just drop in a message about your requirement and we’ll reply right away !
How much baggage can I carry with me ?
As per Standard Airline Policy, you are allowed to carry 15kg in check in baggage and 7 kg in hand baggage
Booking payment methods ?
We accept online modes of payment such as Bank transfer, UPI etc. Cash is also accepted in case of smaller amounts
Is a printed ticket copy necessary while travelling ?
No. E-copies of your ticket is sufficient while travelling. In fact E-copies are encouraged as they are more eco friendly 🌱
What time should I reach the airport ?
You are required to be at the airport 2 hrs prior to your flight departure time. In case of International travel, you need to report 4 hours prior to departure.
When will I get my Boarding Pass ?
Boarding passes are usually generated by the Airline within 12 hrs from departure. You can also pay for seats of your preference and download your boarding pass within 48 hrs from departure.
